1. When will I get my money back for the returned item?
Refund:
· Shipping costs for defective or wrong products are paid by the seller, otherwise by the buyer.
· If the conditions for returning goods are not met, the goods are sent back to the buyer, and the money is not refunded.
· Refunds are made within 7 days of receiving the package.
2. How to know that the goods have been ordered and the order is being processed?
After receiving your order, the e-mail you specified an e- mail confirming the receipt of the order is sent to the e-mail address . If you have received a letter confirming the receipt of the order, you can be sure that the order is being processed.
3. When are the goods shipped?
Items are shipped the next business day after payment is received.
4. What is the order acceptance time?

5. In what form are the goods sent, in what packaging?
All items are securely packed in gift boxes to prevent damage during shipping.
6. Is this real silver/amber?
We guarantee to provide you with the highest quality products made from Baltic amber. Amber is a natural and fragile material. Due to the natural nature of amber, it is very important that you always read the warnings and instructions for use before using our products.
7. Are the final prices listed on the website?
Yes, all prices on the website are final (including VAT), there are no hidden payments/taxes/delivery.
8. I want my order to be delivered as a gift. How to do that?
When placing an order, specify the e-mail address of the customer, and the delivery data of the recipient.
9. Do you accept individual orders?
For individual orders, contact us by e-mail at info@ambersee.com . Please indicate your wishes and deadlines in the letter. We will reply within two working days as to whether we will be able to complete the order. Individual orders are made only with a deposit. Such orders cannot be returned.

11. How long will it take for me to receive the product?
· Shipments usually arrive in Lithuania within 1-3 days. d.

12. How to return the product?
Goods bought online can be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery of the goods to the buyer (you bear the costs of returning the goods). The goods must be sent via Lithuanian Post registered mail. You cannot return goods and we do not accept them under the following conditions:
· if the product has been used or worn; · if the product was manufactured and customized according to your personal order.
· if you bought silver products (according to the regulation of the State Non-Food Products Inspection of the Republic of Lithuania, silver is included in the list of non-returnable goods).
· the returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the buyer;
· in order to return the product, you need to contact us by e-mail by mail info@ambersee.com . In the letter, you must specify the account number, name, surname and return number of the desired order, as well as the registration number of the shipment of the product sent for return or replacement.
